Sarum Rotary Charity Auction Lot 18th March 2022

Boatwrights Estate Agents Ltd has agreed to provide a free property sale based on the following conditions:

• Area covered is SP1-8.
• All Boatwrights’ standard marketing is included.
• Maximum House Value £500,000.
• Reserve Price: £2,000.
• Time Limit: Boatwrights must be instructed by 31st December 2022.
• The full amount of the winning bid must be paid in full to Sarum Rotary within 7 days of the auction.
• There is no alternative cash prize available and no variation to these terms and conditions accepted.
